PERTH, Scotland -- The World Curling Federation (WCF) has announced
that online registration is now open for all 2009 WCF Courses, Camps
and Seminars.

"The collection of WCF Courses, Camps and Seminars is quite exciting
for 2009," said Keith Wendorf, WCF Director of Competitions and a key
mover behind the WCF camp and course initiatives.

"From late May through mid-July, five different WCF learning
symposiums will continue to educate and market the various skill-sets
of curling participants, officials and technicians from numerous
countries around the world," Wendorf added.

"Once again we will convene in Fuessen, Germany and Prague, in the
Czech Republic, for a great summer of curling activity."

The learning season will open with the third annual WCF Adult Curling
Camp in Prague, 29 May to 02 July. 64 participants will advance their
skills from a strong lineup of professional curling coaches and noted
high-performance curling athletes.

Next up are three popular courses taking place in Fuessen.

The WCF Ice Technician Course (27 June through 01 July) offers
professional icemaking skills on-ice and in-classroom from the chief
Olympic ice technicians from 1998, 2002, 2006 and including 2010.

The WCF Umpire Course and Rules Seminar (2-3 July) overlaps with the
WCF Level 1 Technical Instructor Course (3-4 July) featuring course
instruction from experts in Canada and Switzerland.

Finally, the 11th annual Fuessen Junior Curling Camp (5-11 July) will
bring together 120 participants from numerous countries and 18 highly
qualified instructors from around the curling world.

Online registration is made simple and easy by going to the "WCF Camps
& Courses" hyperlink at the WCF website, located at:
www.worldcurling.org
